How to use it:

2. *Choose language*: Reply `T` for Tamil, `E` for English
3. *Select department*: Pick from 20 departments
4. *Get service*: Apply/download certificates instantly

- *Other certs*: Residence, No graduate, First graduate, Unmarried, Widow certificates

- *Payments*: EB bill, Property tax, Water tax, Professional tax, Trade license
- *Status check*: Track your existing applications
