Madurai Kamaraj University is currently offering Ph.D. ( Full Time / Part Time ) Programmes in 49 subjects & M.Phil . ( Regular ) programmes in 43 subjects in its departments and affiliated colleges . The list of subjects is given below . It may be noted that appearing and clearing the entrance examination entail only the eligibility of a candidate for admission to Ph.D / M.Phil degree program of the University and shall not guarantee admission to any Ph.D / M.Phil degree program of the University . The interested and eligible candidates may apply through online mode through the link provided in the University website www.mkuniversity.ac.in The online portal registration fee is Rs.2000 / - for Ph.D. and Rs . 1500 / - for M.Phil . , ( Rs.1000 / - and Rs.750 / -respectively for SC / ST Candidates ) inclusive of eligibility certificates for passing candidates.
